On behalf of the Village at Swinton Square COA, we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who took the time to come out and vote in our annual election. Your participation is vital to the success of our community, and we’re grateful for your continued support.

We’re pleased to share the election results as follows:

• Douglas Guido – 52 votes

• Kevin Killough – 48 votes

• Frank Whalen – 47 votes

• Rony Peralta – 46 votes

• Bertrand Masson – 45 votes

• Avraham Valdman – 6 votes

Following the election, the Board has been organized as follows:

• Douglas Guido – President

• Kevin Killough – Vice President

• Frank Whalen – Treasurer

• Rony Peralta – Secretary

• Bertrand Masson – Director

We sincerely appreciate the strong homeowner turnout, which allowed us to meet quorum and finalize the election in a single attempt. Thanks to your participation, we were able to avoid the need for renoticing or rescheduling—saving valuable time and community funds.

Your involvement truly makes a difference, and we encourage everyone to continue participating in future votes and elections to keep our community running smoothly and efficiently.
