On Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the pool deck of the community, a Board Meeting was held to conduct lawful business of the Association. We had a quorum of the Board present with 4 Directors present and 1 Director absent.
Discuss and vote on Amendment of Restrictive Covenant for Workforce Housing Units in our Declarations per the City of Delray Beach NOTE: This does not impose any additional legal restrictions and is strictly to modify the way the units are recorded in the declaration to match what the City has on file - PASSED
Discuss and vote on Agreement for a no-cost LED conversion for FPL owned community lights - PASSED

NOTICE OF 2018 ANNUAL MEETING
On Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at 6:30 PM, at the Village at Swinton Square Pool Deck, 1050 South Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of conducting the lawful business of the Association. The agenda for the Annual Meeting is:
- Certifying Quorum - Call to order.
- Proof of Notice of Meeting.
- Reading and disposal of unapproved minutes.
- Reports of Officers.
- Reports of Committees.
- Unfinished Business.
- New Business.
- Adjournment
Unit owners entitled to cast thirty percent (30%) of the Voting Interests of the Unit Owners (a “quorum”) must be present, in person or by proxy, at the meeting, in order for the business to be conducted. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you either attend or provide a proxy in order to conduct business at this Annual Meeting.
Pursuant to Florida law, an election of the directors of this Association is not required, since the number of candidates was less than or equal to the number of vacancies to be filled. Accordingly, the names of the New Board Members will be announced at the Annual Meeting.
