NOTICE OF 2018 ANNUAL MEETING
On Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at 6:30 PM, at the Village at Swinton Square Pool Deck, 1050 South Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of conducting the lawful business of the Association. The agenda for the Annual Meeting is:
- Certifying Quorum - Call to order.
- Proof of Notice of Meeting.
- Reading and disposal of unapproved minutes.
- Reports of Officers.
- Reports of Committees.
- Unfinished Business.
- New Business.
- Adjournment
Unit owners entitled to cast thirty percent (30%) of the Voting Interests of the Unit Owners (a “quorum”) must be present, in person or by proxy, at the meeting, in order for the business to be conducted. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you either attend or provide a proxy in order to conduct business at this Annual Meeting.
Pursuant to Florida law, an election of the directors of this Association is not required, since the number of candidates was less than or equal to the number of vacancies to be filled. Accordingly, the names of the New Board Members will be announced at the Annual Meeting.

On Friday, March 2, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. at the pool deck of the community, a Board Meeting was held to conduct lawful business of the Association. We had a quorum of the Board present with 4 Directors present and 1 Director absent.
Discuss and vote on appointments for Grievance Committee - PASSED
Congratulations to our new Grievance and Compliance Committee:

Bill Martin
Discuss and vote on pool resurfacing and maintenance project - PASSED
The pool will be closed for maintenance in April. We expect this project to take 2 - 3 weeks.
Decals and a guest window hanger (for overnight parking) will be provided in April ONLY if you have sent in your information.

On Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 6:30 P.M. at the pool deck of the community, a Special Board Meeting of the Association was held for the purpose to vote on a Resolution to revise and adopt our Rules and Regulations. We had a quorum of the Board present with 4 Directors present and 1 Director absent.

NOTICE OF 2018 ANNUAL MEETING
On Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at 6:30 PM, at the Village at Swinton Square Pool Deck, 1050 South Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of electing directors, and such other business as may lawfully be conducted. Subsequent to this “FIRST NOTICE” you will receive a “SECOND NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING” that will specify the agenda and advise of other important information concerning the Annual Meeting.
The purpose of this Notice is to advise you of the date, time and place of the Annual Meeting and Election and to inform you of the process for qualifying for the Board.
