On Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 6:30 P.M. at the pool deck at the community, a Board Meeting of the Association was held for the purpose of voting on the bidding outcome regarding painting, roof cleaning, and pressure washing as well as the Board conducted a regular Board meeting. We had a quorum of the Board present with 3 Directors present and 2 Director absent. A motion to enter into agreement with Fiddler Roof Cleaning and RCI painting and waterproofing passed with 3 Directors in favor of this amendment and 0 Directors opposed.
This work will begin between the end of August to early September. Please stay tuned for future updates as we get closer to the project start date.

On Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 6:30 P.M. at the pool deck at the community, a Board Meeting of the Association was held for the purpose of voting on a proposed amendment to the Rules and Regulations of Condominium as well as the Board conducted a regular Board meeting. We had a quorum of the Board present with 4 Directors present and 1 Director absent. The amendment to the Rules and Regulations passed with 4 Directors in favor of this amendment.
In addition, a future Board meeting schedule was proposed to help the Board conduct business throughout the Summer. That meeting schedule is as follows: June 24 (may be rescheduled to June 23), July 29, August 26.

Our ANNUAL MEETING was held on 4/13/2015 @ 6:30PM at the Delray Beach Community Center.

Our SPECIAL MEMBERS MEETING was held on 3/10 @ 6:30PM by the Poolside for the purpose of voting on proposed amendments to the Declaration of Condominium. Copies of the proposed amendments are located in the Documents section of our website or by clicking HERE.
Thirty percent (30%) of all Association members (a "quorum") must be present, in person or by proxy, at the meeting, in order for the business to be conducted as stated in Section 3.5 of our Condominium BY-LAWS.
RESULTS of our SPECIAL MEMBERS MEETING:
A QUORUM was met with 48% of the Association members being present in person and by proxy since a minimum of sixty six and two thirds (66 and 2/3) percent of the Board voted in favor of these amendments.
AMENDMENT 1: Parking – 50% in favor; 50% not in favor – DID NOT PASS
AMENDMENT 2: BBQ Grills – 79% in favor; 21% not in favor – PASSED
AMENDMENT 3: Lease Restrictions – 77% in favor; 23% not in favor – PASSED
Thank you all for your participation in this meeting. This meeting wouldn't have been possible without everyone being involved. We will be posting a survey later this week reguarding parking and security to ensure we get everyone's input for next steps.

Our ANNUAL BUDGET MEETING was held on 12/15 @ 7:00PM by the Poolside
Based on a landslide majority vote of the homeowners, we will be partially funding the reserves effective: 1/1/15.
