A SPECIAL BOARD MEETING will be held on 1/31/2024 @ 7:00PM by the Poolside
On Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Village at Swinton Square Pool Deck, 1050 S. Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444, a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held for the purpose of adopting a special assessment in the estimated sum of Eight Hundred Seventy Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($870,000.00), approving the vendor selection for the roof project, adopting a resolution regarding responses to lender and closing agent requests, and such other business as may lawfully be conducted.
The special assessment in the estimated sum of $870,000.00 is for roof replacement and all related permit fees, engineering, legal and other costs associated with the project.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Certifying Quorum –Call to Order.
2. Proof of Notice of Meeting.
3. Adopt special assessment in the approximate sum of $870,000.00.
4. Approve vendor selection for roof replacement project.
5. Adoption of Resolution regarding responses to lender and closing agent
requests.
6. Adjournment.
Our ANNUAL BUDGET MEETING was held on 12/1 @ 6:00PM by the Poolside. The VSS Board of Directors is pleased to present our approved 2024 budget. Thank you for all of your support!

Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444, a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held for the purpose of considering and adopting a budget for the January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 fiscal year, adopting a Resolution to republish Section 11.1 of the Declaration, and such other business as may lawfully be conducted.
