Attention VSS Residents:
On Wednesday, May 27, 2020, the Pool and Gym will be reopening on a limited basis from 8:00AM - 7:00PM and will be for RESIDENTS ONLY. No Guests will be permitted during phase 1.
All violations should be reported immediately to: report@swintonsquare.com
The following rules and guidelines will be enforced:
Pool:
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 10
- Social Distancing of 6 feet is required at all times (with exception to household members).
- All tables and chairs must be disinfected before and after each use. RESIDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN DISINFECTANT.
- Spot checks are performed to ensure compliance. Repeat violations will result in immediate pool closure.
Gym:
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 2
- Wash your hands BEFORE and AFTER the gym.
- Social Distancing is required at all times.
- 1 hour maximum when others are waiting.
- All equipment must be disinfected before and after each use.
- Spot checks are performed to ensure compliance. Repeat violations will result in immediate gym closure.

Our ANNUAL MEETING was held on 4/29/2020 @ 7:00PM at the VSS Pool Deck and by Teleconference.
As discussed at our meeting: The Board is hopeful that the pool will be able to reopen soon. We send out a communication as soon as our County Mayor releases his next update. Thank you all for your continued support. We are looking forward to another amazing year for VSS.

**ATTENTION VSS RESIDENTS AND GUESTS**
Effective 3/17/2020, the Pool and Gym will be officially closed until furthur notice due to national concern of COVID-19. We will continue to monitor the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Florida Department of Health (DOH), and the City of Delray Beach requirements and recommendations to ensure we are providing a healthy and safe environment for all VSS Residents and Guests.
Use of the Pool and Gym is at your own risk!

On Friday, February 28, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. via a publically posted conference call, a Board Meeting was held to conduct lawful business of the Association. We had a quorum of the Board present with 4 Directors present and 1 Director absent until 12:31 P.M. with 5 Directors present and 0 Absent.
Discuss and vote on violations to be moved to the March Compliance and Grievance Committee Meeting - PASSED
Discuss and vote on security cameras to be installed at the front Entrance/Exit for vehicle monitoring - PASSED
