On Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the pool deck of the community, a Board Meeting was held to conduct lawful business of the Association. We had a quorum of the Board present with 4 Directors present and 1 Director absent.
Discuss and vote on Amendment of Restrictive Covenant for Workforce Housing Units in our Declarations per the City of Delray Beach NOTE: This does not impose any additional legal restrictions and is strictly to modify the way the units are recorded in the declaration to match what the City has on file - PASSED
Discuss and vote on Agreement for a no-cost LED conversion for FPL owned community lights - PASSED

The pool will be closed for maintenance in April. We expect this project to take 2 - 3 weeks.

NOTICE OF 2018 ANNUAL MEETING
On Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at 6:30 PM, at the Village at Swinton Square Pool Deck, 1050 South Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of electing directors, and such other business as may lawfully be conducted. Subsequent to this “FIRST NOTICE” you will receive a “SECOND NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING” that will specify the agenda and advise of other important information concerning the Annual Meeting.
The purpose of this Notice is to advise you of the date, time and place of the Annual Meeting and Election and to inform you of the process for qualifying for the Board.

On Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 6:30 P.M. at the pool deck at the community, a Board Meeting of the Association was held for the purpose of conducting lawful business of the Association. We had a quorum of the Board present with 5 out of 5 Directors present. The following important items were voted on and passed unanimously:
1. A new Estoppel certificate and fee structure based on changes to F.S. §718.116(8).

2. To enter into an agreement with the City of Delray Beach to provide jurisdiction to the City for enforcement of the traffic laws on VSS property.
More details to come as soon as the agreement has been signed by the City Mayor and passed by the Commission.
