NOTICE OF 2017 ANNUAL MEETING
On Thursday, April 20, 2017, at 6:30 PM, at the Village at Swinton Square Pool Deck, 1050 South Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of electing directors, and such other business as may lawfully be conducted. Subsequent to this “FIRST NOTICE” you will receive a “SECOND NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING” that will specify the agenda and advise of other important information concerning the Annual Meeting.
The purpose of this Notice is to advise you of the date, time and place of the Annual Meeting and Election and to inform you of the process for qualifying for the Board.

Our ANNUAL BUDGET MEETING was held on 11/15 @ 7:00PM by the Poolside. The VSS Board of Directors is pleased to present our approved 2017 budget with the first DECREASE to our dues with FULLY FUNDED reserves since our community was first built. Congratulations and thank you for all of your support!
On Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 6:30 P.M. at the pool deck of the community, a Special Board Meeting of the Association was held for the purpose to vote on the addition of electronic voting and to enter into contract with RCI for the ongoing maintenance of VSS through the next scheduled painting project. We had a quorum of the Board present with 4 Directors present and 1 Director absent.
Resolution to provide VSS with the ability to utilize Electronic Voting - PASSED
Motion to enter into an ongoing maintenance agreement with RCI through our next painting project - PASSED

GRS is providing VSS with a fully online solution. This includes, paying our dues (ACH Direct Debit, Lockbox services, Credit Card payments online, etc.), accessing your account, work order requests, and purchasing/leasing applications.
