Our Roofing Project will begin on 5/13/2024

We are excited to announce that our re-roofing project is scheduled to begin on:

 Monday, May 13th (weather permitting) 

Please keep in mind that this project is a multi-stage project that will take approximately 3 months to complete. The most important part is making our roofs water-tight which will take 3 – 5 days per building.

An email has been sent to everyone outlining the kick-off for this project and our responsibilities.

On Friday, March 22, 2024 at 6:00 P.M., a Board Meeting was held to conduct lawful business of the Association. We had a quorum of the Board present with 4 Directors present and 1 Director absent.

NOTICE OF 2024 ANNUAL MEETING

On Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 7:00 PM, at the Village at Swinton Square Pool Deck, 1050 South Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of electing Directors and such other business as may lawfully be conducted.

The agenda for the Annual Meeting is

  1. Call to order.
  2. Appointment of a chairman of the Annual Members Meeting
  3. Proof of Notice of Meeting or Waiver of Notice.
  4. Reports of Committees.
  5. Unfinished Business.
  6. New Business.
  7. Adjournment

Unit owners entitled to cast thirty percent (30%) of the Voting Interests of the Unit Owners (a “quorum”) must be present, in person or by proxy, at the meeting, in order for the business to be conducted, excluding election of Directors. It is therefore VERY IMPORTANT that you either attend or provide a proxy in order to conduct business at the Annual Meeting.

Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the organizational meeting of the Board of Directors will be held for the purpose of electing officers of the Association and such other business as may lawfully be conducted.

The agenda for the Board Meeting is as follows:
a.   Certifying quorum – Call to Order.
b.   Proof of Notice of Meeting.
c.   New Business - 1). Elect Officers.

Remember that the Compliance and Grievance Committee Meetings (Not Board Meetings) are for the purpose of the final approval of fines and to provide an opportunity for the Home Owner to provide any justification or remedy for the violation which will be taken into account in accordance with F.S. 718.303.
